Ms Silva Connick and her daugther wait in the Dallas Convention Center for medical assistance. Silva used to live in New Orleans and was a waitress in the French Quarter. She is looking for any of her family members. So if you or anyone you know, knows Silva, please contact the Chittlin Circuit (800-977-9617 X713) or the American Red Cross in Dallas.
