Legendary WDIA on-air personality Steve Ladd was hospitalized last night (July 16, 2008) and is now undergoing emergency surgery at a local Memphis, Tennensee hospital. More information on Steve's condition will be posted as soon as it is released.

UPDATE:
Steve is out of surgery and is resting comfortably. More news with it becomes available.
