 It has been just over one year since the passing of blues singer Jackie Neal. It was March 10, 2005 that Jackie was shot and killed by her ex-boyfirend, James White. James White has since been sentenced to life in prison plus fifty years.
Jackie's memory still lives on as her nephew Tyree Neal and her two sisters (Charlene and Darlene) along with Ms Honey continue on as "Tyree Neal and the Jackie Neal Band". The band and Tyree can be seen performing from Florida to Texas.
 The Chittlin Circuit stays in contact with the Neal Family and Jackie's sister Charlene, was nice enough to send us some pictures of Jackie that you can view in the Photo Gallery
