 The staff of the Chittlin Circuit traveled to Jackson, Tn., to spend some at the Club operated by Denise Lasalle and her husband, James Wolfe.
Housed in the same building as the club (complete with kitchen) is a Black History Museum run by Mr Wolfe and the family radio station. The Chittlin Circuit was given the grand tour and we video taped it for our readers.
Mr. Wolfe's prized possession is an actual 16th century slave neck brace, which he keeps locked up in his safe.
