Little Milton - Hospital Update
There is always room for hope. We have some good news coming out of Memphis. A family friend of the Cambells, Ms. Debby Dixon, contacted the Chittlin Circuit this afternoon with encourging news about Little Milton. Eventhough he hasen't spoken or opened his eyes in several days, Little Milton is responding to the voices of friends and family members with other body movements.

Little Milton - Hospital Update
As of today, Little Milton's condition has not changed. According to the Cambell family spokman, Larry Chambers of Ecko Records, Little Milton is still in a coma but, in stable condition.

Little Milton suffered what was at first thought to be a stroke but, later it was detreminded that it was a heart condition. Last Thursday, Mr. Cambell's condition took a turn for the worse.

Shirley Neal given Jackie Neal Memorial Plaques
Mrs. Shirley Neal, wife of the late Blues singer, Raful Neal and Mother to Jackie Neal, was presented with 2 Memorial Plaques by JTR productions and the Chittlin Circuit July 16, 2005 at her home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Mrs. Neal, a very gracious and forthcoming person, talked with the Chittlin Circuit about various topics including the passing of her husband, Raful and daughter Jackie.

Little Milton - Prognosis not looking good
We reported to you that Blues Great, "Little" Milton Cambell, suffered a massive stroke last Wednesday, July 27, 2005 in Memphis, Tennessee.
We can now tell you that Little Milton's chances of a full recovery is not looking good. Pat Cambell, Little Milton's wife is at his bedside along with other family members.
Our prayers are with Little Milton and his family.
 
Little Milton suffers stroke in Memphis
Sad news has arrived to us again. Blues great Little Milton, pictured on the left with Chittlin Circuit publisher Taffany Shipp, suffered a stroke in Memphis, Tn., Wednesday evening. He was admitted to a local hospital and as soon as we hear more, we will pass it on to you.
Also, we spoke with Big Cynthia yesterday (July 28, 2005) and thank goodness, she is doing much better. She told the Chittlin Circuit that she had a very good sleep and is feeling no more pains.
Let's pray for a full recovery for both of these fine artist.
